Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the European Parliament and European Council Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. Your data will be processed in order to inform you about exhibitions and other cultural events, which primarily contribute to the promotion of artistic, educational and cultural events in the city of Legnica.

 

The legal basis for the transfer of your personal data is Article 6(1)(e) of Regulation 2016/679, i.e. the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority entrusted to the administrator.

 

The Gallery does not make the collected personal data available to any entities in order to conduct marketing campaigns. The processing of personal data is carried out solely for the purpose of performing the task in the public interest by the Administrator and is in accordance with the scope of activity of the Gallery; at the same time, data processing is necessary for the Gallery to be able to provide the recipients of cultural events with information on exhibitions, cultural events and educational activities.

 

We would like to inform you that your personal data are processed manually and automatically in order to provide the recipients of cultural events organised by the Gallery of Art with comprehensive information about the cultural and educational activities and events carried out by the Gallery, as well as for statistical purposes.

 

The administrator processes personal data to the extent that they are made available by the recipients of cultural events organised by the Gallery.

 

Your personal data will be processed by the Gallery for the period necessary to carry out the task performed in the public interest, i.e. the dissemination of culture in the city of Legnica.

 

You are entitled to access the content of your data and the right to rectify it, limit the processing, transfer your data, object, or withdraw your consent to data processing.

 

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.

Purposes and legal basis of data processing

 

The purpose of the processing is to ensure the safety of the employees and people in the Gallery of Art.

The basis for processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation (GDPR), i.e. fulfilling the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator in accordance with the Act of 16 December 2016 on the principles of management of state property Article 5a (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1182 as amended).

 

Data recipients

 

We may transfer your data to other public authorities and bodies only when there is a legal basis for doing so,

 

We may entrust the processing of your data included in the monitoring system to entities operating or making it available to us, but the scope of processing will be limited only to the extent related to the performance of tasks in the system, such as implementation, operation, repair, maintenance and may take place after a data entrustment agreement is signed.

 

Data retention period

 

Your personal data recorded by the monitoring system will be processed for 30 days. After this period, your data will be overwritten.

 

Rights of the person whose data are concerned
